Delivery
Each Anikah London piece is handcrafted to order with precision and care. As a result, our standard delivery timeframe is 3–5 weeks from the date of order confirmation. This allows our artisans to ensure every detail meets the highest standards before dispatch.
Once your piece is complete, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. All UK orders are shipped via fully insured, tracked delivery services. For international orders, delivery times and charges may vary depending on the destination. Any applicable customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
UK Delivery: Complimentary, tracked and insured.
International Delivery: Calculated at checkout. Fully tracked and insured.
Packaging
Every item is carefully packaged in our signature Anikah box, beautifully presented and securely wrapped for protection during transit. If you are purchasing a gift, you may include a complimentary handwritten note at checkout.
Returns
As each piece is made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on bespoke or personalised items unless the item is faulty. We kindly ask that you take care when selecting your ring size and customisation options.
If you believe your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@anikah.london with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will guide you through the return and resolution process.
Non-Bespoke Returns
For non-bespoke or ready-to-wear items, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
